Dr. Robert Monaco is board-certified in family medicine, sports medicine and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He has extensive clinical expertise in musculoskeletal injuries, diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound and ortho-biologics (stem cells, platelet rich plasma [PRP], etc). He is the team physician for USA Figure Skating and served as director of sports medicine at Rutgers for more than 20 years. He also is an avid researcher and has multiple grants and clinical expertise on concussion. Dr. Monaco is a recognized national leader in the field of musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostic evaluation and interventional ortho-biologics. He actively teaches / directs multiple courses throughout the country.
