Workshop Overview:
The following Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Workshop Series will review Wrist/Hand Diagnostics and Injection Procedures. This workshop will consist of lecture and video material from actual injections within the Wrist/Hand and videotaped examples of actual injection procedures, along with Live Scanning Demos and Group Practice. The participant will receive a NJSPMR certificate of participation.
Objectives:
• Review positioning and examination protocol of the wrist/hand
• Identify common wrist/hand pathology on ultrasound
• Demonstrate hands-on scanning of the wrist/hand
Meet Our Speaker
Todd P. Stitik, MD, RMSK and President – New Jersey Society of PM&R
Dr. Todd Stitik is a Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His primary clinical interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, osteoarthritis and image-guided injection procedures.
